All Officers carry ID with them at all time. If you are not on duty you do not have to show your ID BUT in saying that if the person if going to act like an idiot and say they are going to give you a ticket than challenge them and ask for their ID. That is my 2 cents.

Hello. There is nothing wrong with moving your bike around when the engine is off.
