As crazy as this sounds - I've had the same issue but usually is fixed if i pull in the clutch and then turn key to on. (even though I'm already in neutral).
give that a try if it happens again.
Buying a muffler off Kijiji for a CBR 12 - Hindle bolt on.
Anything I should be aware of? I don't know if there is anything past the cosmetic bumps and bruises i should be looking at.
As i understand it, its a simple bolt on with a clip that hangs off the passenger foot pegs.
Thinking of...
Yeah that was us! ended up with a bit of a tiny gap after the gas station run but joined up at a stop light afterwards :)
good fun!
OshawaHondaShadow - I'm in Ajax if you are ever up for a ride :)
First time rider. I picked up a CBR 125 so i can properly learn to ride!
A month in and I can feel its vastly underpowered compared to everything else but I'm more of a technical rider. I want to make sure I earn my next set of wheels for skill and not just for speed.
Besides - I'm totally not...
I have the same GPS - it's really nice. Bright enough to view in daylight.
You can also download a motorcycle sprite to replace the car animation on the GPS screeen from Garmin's website for free.
could've been me heading home. i remember 2 bikes ahead, can't recall colour.
today was a much more relaxing ride - not having to deal with the silly rain.
GP's new place is awesome down in Whitby.
And if you head there you have to check out Royal Distributing just 50 feet away!
Both are awesome places with tons of really helpful staff.
Count me in for either day - I'm good for the old double double or a Bold Redeye (you gotta say extra large at Starbucks, just to annoy the barrista lol).
i think this OP will just use the built in GPS battery and if it dies, there's always my blackberry to help me find my way home :)
I'm not nearly electronics savy to start soldering any of my wires, it was to be a DIY - but I'm realizing I may be way over my head in this one.
Appreciate...
My tail lamp and brake lamp is one piece? it's one light bulb, just gets brighter when break is on (unless I'm missing something?)
Did i get the ground part right? on the side frame?
Haven't had to solder anything before.. this will be interesting lol
ello,
I'm a little lost with the wiring - first time trying this sort of thing.
Heck its my first time opening up a bike period. After a few beers, decided to open up the fairings, remove the seat and check out the wiring. Did a bit of research on this form and online before i touched...
Hey!
I'm in Ajax as well - I think i've seen a few of you guys around too.
I've got a tri-coloured (red, white, blue) CBR 125.
I'm usually at the Timms on *edit: Harwood & Rossland* if anyone is up for a ride.
welcome!
Grats on the G1.
There are plenty of schools to choose from. I did mine at learning curves last weekend, good times.
Talk to your insurance company too - certain ones are picky about who you go with :)
