My track bike is now completed, looking forward to some fun times this coming summer. A big thanks to Adrian at AceMotorTech for completing the project for me. Couldn't have done it without his help.
LOL, it was not abandoned. As I get older it is becoming increasingly more difficult to ride sports bikes for extended periods of time but I love the way it looks, so I parked it until I could decide what to do with it, now I did.
After many years away from the track, I am converting a bike that I have not used in the last 2 years into a trackbike. It should be fun. Green Group here I come... :-)
thank you all for your comments, I will have to find a body shop that can paint around the aprilia decals. this is the gas tank, not just a cover and a new one from Aprilia is close to $3000.
While putting my bike away, An Ikea glass cabinet that holds my helmets fell over and chipped my tank in several spots. I am surprised the glass didn't break. I am looking a place that can repaint the tank. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
It's a Canadian law not Ontario.
below 90 m above the ground
at least 30 m away from vehicles, vessels and the public (if your drone weighs over 250 g and up to 1 kg)
at least 75 m away from vehicles, vessels and the public (if your drone weighs over 1 kg and up to 35 kg)
at least 5.5 km away...
The bike comes in at 485LB wet. Mine has just under 25000km on it and not a single issue and a Friend's bike is now at over 40,000kms and the only issue was a stator that let go. $140 for insurance is not bad.
