My buddy’s work buys new Tundras and their engines like to grenade. 50-60k on the odo and the engine decided to suicide itself. Warranty sure. But a 3 month wait for a new motor on a truck that’s supposed to bring X dollars per day is not a fun time.

I agree. I like the truck overall, and I'm ok with the interior rattles and creaks annoying as they are. My Odyssey is still driving great at 163,000kms and after 3k of worth this year...I'm hoping that's the last of it. But no parts have fallen off, no major issues (knock on wood) to date...

Your comment made me dig through my garage…turns out I have a vest laying around from many years ago! EDIT: I've actually also got one of Jimmy's Heated Up vests....and battery...but can't find the damn charger :( It would come in awesome handy for an upcoming fishing trip up north.

Oh I'm sure they don't, and the kid is basically doomed to a life of crime as that's their only outlet that they know. But what is the solution? Can't just keep them locked up. I'm all for rehabilitation, but this catch and release system we currently have going...it's obviously not working...

I was playing around trying to put the truck brakes into service mode…but couldn’t do it and in the end they just came off the hub… I’m just shocked both failed simultaneously. That’s the most perplexing part.

For me…the cold is the worst. Starts with the fingers and toes and then keeps going and going until I’m shivering and can’t even focus on the task at hand. Used to be able to ride below 10C but now…no way I can’t even be bothered to gear up if it’s a 5C morning and a 10C day. Heated grips...
