Saturday I attended the Rider Down First Aid course at Royal Distributing, Innisfil location. It was very worthwhile. The instructor was very knowledgeable and has riders in her family. There were some good videos, even got corny to get the point across.

I started seeing the little ones a couple of weeks ago too. Not in the garden but getting close to the bird feeder. We have a bit of a clover patch in some of the grass. There is a fox that comes around in the morning but almost all know his routine. He does win every now and then.
It was windy today and as I get to the sunny part I’m getting rained on. Only 5 minutes though, weird. Once you get going ot is good. I took my heated gear but didn’t use it. Nice to be out though. Lucky a couple of radars already had customers.
Those work bit they might be lumpy and that will start to hurt on a long ride. I use cycling helmet liner, it is thin and keeps the helmet liner clean. Just wash it every few rides...
3rd vote for Quebec City. Go by train. I never feel like I’m in Canada when I go to Quebec City. (I never feel like I’m in the US when I go to New Orleans either)

I only watched it on B&W TV, but what a game and series. High expectations ever since and.....Home team loyalty I guess. But I don't watch as many games as before, that's for sure. I think the world junior tournament at Christmas time is the best hockey.

I heard similar from a Goldwing rider. He said around 115-120 on the highway away from the city and you are in a zone. Not worrying about intersections, stop signs, hidden country driveways. Your bike needs that open road. Heck we all do.
