    Canada's Motorcyle and Pete's Superbike

Thanks. I may take you up on that. The parts coming loose was kind of what I was worried about. I do have a torque wrench, it was on sale for $30 at Princess Auto... Should I get a higher quality one?

    Canada's Motorcyle and Pete's Superbike

Well it's not just mounting they'd have to take the wheels off too. I only have a rear stand so I can't take em off myself. Unless someone in Barrie wants to lend me a front stand. Is it pretty straight forward to remove the wheels? Seems like it could be a bit extensive for a noob with the...

    Barrie and area

Anyone in Barrie know a good place to get tires installed and safetied for a good price? I'm looking at $100 for install and $65 for safety at St. Onge - apparently in Toronto this would be $40 and $40

    Rogers :-(

Talking* to retention, letting them know what you want and how much you want to pay is the best advice. Or just ask for the $85 business plan I mentioned. * talking does not equal being a dick/*** hole/demanding. There's a few ways to get retention either wait till someone picks up and than...

    Canada's Motorcyle and Pete's Superbike

Yeah they basically said it'd be 1hr labour, $99.95. One of the safety course teachers at Georgian has a small shop he may have better prices or just beat their quote. www.farroutpowersports.com

    Rogers :-(

Not sure who you were talking to or if you're knowingly exaggerating because you're angry but anyone can walk in off the street and buy Rogers best blackberry for $599 - if you bought yours 14 months ago, the retail on it is probably $300 or less now depending on the model. Nowhere near $800...

Getting out of a Cell Phone Contract

Just curious how they're not holding up their end of the contract...? Did they refuse you service? You know they are a service provider not a cellphone manufacturer or warranter? Whether or not your BLACKBERRY works has nothing to do with Rogers end of the contract. Just FYI.

    Rogers :-(

+1 anyone who is paying more than $200/month no matter what their calling (including international) needs to learn how to pick up a phone and negotiate with customer retention, or just get a recent plan instead of their ancient plan.

What did they quote you for tire install? Only $100 for me. Are you trying to get it with the wheels already off? Or have them remove the wheels?

Ninja 500R... first time oil change. Help a newbie pick the right brands?

Is it just the flush that is 'wasting money/bad advice' or something wrong with my other procedure too? It was my first change, so I was just following advice I was given.

    Canada's Motorcyle and Pete's Superbike

Hey man if you're talking about my thread about Pete's I would just call and verify stock availability. Every other mention of Pete's is always good so if he has the stock for sure, you will get the BEST price and lots of people report next day delivery when he has stock. I changed my mind by...
