Don't feel dumb! There's a reason the rest of us gave you those items to check ;)
Been there, done that. Phoned roadside assistance, had them tell me first to check the kill switch... D'OH!
Glad you're mobile again!
Check the simple things first.
Is the Kill switch set to off?
How about the kick stand switch or neutral switch.
Are you on the CBR forums?

It was my 3rd time to Dover for the 13th. I think for most, it's just being able to say you were there. I enjoy walking around and checking out the unique bikes that show up. Vintage, rare and strange are my favorites. Usually 2 to 3 hours is long enough though.
Lineups vary by location, but to be safe budget plenty of time.
Technically if you take an M1 Exit course you can do it as soon as you have your M1 then take the paper work
with you to the licensing centre at the end of the 60 day waiting period and get your M2.
Same with all of the other rider training courses in Ontario ;)
This is one twisted thread!
I did my M1 exit through Sheridan at the CCIW location in Burlington and was hoping to take the M2 exit with them as well. Had a fantastic time and the instructors were awesome. It's very sad to see...
I love the travelog! It's great to keep up with your wanderings here, But I prefer to read it in the original Klingon at ridedot.com so I get to experience it in a continuous stream. Read the rest of your blogs while I was there as well great stuff and fun writing.
The video is a nice tease...
