I've been through all the gimmick earplugs made out of strange materials on amazon. Spent over $60 on experimenting and always come back to foam plugs. Just bought a 50 pair from dewalt on amazon. They work and reusable until all your earwax make them look gross lol

Road rash at any speed is absolutely awful. Imagine tripping running in shorts on the sidewalk, hurts like hell and you'll scab and heal for a week or two. Imagine going any speed faster than that and sliding? That might be the worst pain imaginable.

It's crazy to see the shorts, t-shirt and running shoe riders on the highway. Their mindset is "My body, my choice" is laughable because if they ever do fall or crash, someone else will be wiping the ooze of their skin and injuries... Very selfish behavior in my opinion. Ride safe everyone.

I don't mind it. I ride the 404, 400 and 401 to get to work everyday. You get used to it and admire the stupid drivers. I think I have ridden at least 60k on highways lol.
