    Test Hill

Trailered the dirtbike across Toronto yesterday out to the Ganny and then we rode double track most of the way to Test Hill. We were the only ones there but I assume it's right shite show on a weekend. Is this area the spot they referred to as the "tank trails" when I went to high school in...

    Gear indicator

I've had bikes with the gear indicators and without. I prefer @adri 's method. I think the KLX has one but it's lost on the LCD dash.

What is your Budget for a Bargain Find?

Sweet ride. I'll bet it's as easy to ride as it is to move around the garage.

    25'th Anniversary....and no plans. :(

Hey Congrats. Squeeze and I went back to Greece for our 25th. Had a ball on a rented twist-n-go scooter. Sadly 5 days isn't gonna cut it and yes you are correct 3-4 days on the Rock is no where near enough (It took us 3 weeks) Any interest in a road trip of quirky sites? Between Ron Brown's...

A.I. vs Honda CBR500R vs My Brain

    Does Thin Oil Destroy Engines?

I have never had a problem with oil type to the best of my knowledge. I have had a motor go klunk because I didn't put enough in though......

My Harley is dumb and fun to ride... Just like your mom.

You like those bars on the sporty? Sorry but in my mind's eye they are horrid. A set of flat bars would look the part. (yeah not sure how comfy they would be...) As to the ramp issue - I cut mine in half and welded hinges to it. I use hitch pins for the hinge pins. Regular bikes I just use the...

    Lock for helmet?

Most older bikes I've have had had these installed as factory equipment. Are they no longer common on newer bikes?

    Solo trip from Toronto

I'm willing to admit that waking up on the fourth day even with my poor sense of smell I knew 3 days was enough. When you're on a bike trip with other like minded characters camping rough in the bush no one calls you out.

Welcome Aboard! Gear: Tons of used stuff to had. Lots of folks try riding and find it isn't for them (hence lots of lightly used gear for sale). Who knows, this could be the case for you. I'd give it a year or two before buying the full Klim. Like @guzzirider I wear high top work boots. Mine...
