Mine's a 2007 with 390,000 kms on the body. I was completely shocked when the original engine only made it to 200,000 kms by which time oil consumption went to 1L per 1000 kms with zero compression in one cylinder. Replaced with a used 120,000 km engine from a 2008, which now has 310,000 kms...

LOL, if anything, the MDX left a bad taste. I guess you haven't seen any of my other posts complaining about it. Probably the worst car I've ever owned. My parents had a 1985 Maserati Biturbo that was more reliable - it only stranded me once and never needed an engine replacement.
