Yup. It'll notch cleanly down into 1st and easily shift back to neutral, but other than that, the other gears are like they aren't even supposed to be there. I tried rolling the bike back and forth to have things moving but no way will the shifter lift up to select another gear. I'm not a motor...

I haven't checked that out yet but be wary that they design their decks and construction processess around their hardware that they also sell. A lot of hardware is not needed for a deck, depending on the style of framing etc.
