That's definitely the long way. Some nice mtn roads tho. Sometimes I will take the queen st hill down rather than the clairmont. It's nice riding through the city at 6am when there's no traffic.
Definitely benchmade! A cheap one will just feel cheap. If you just like the flipping action, spy derecho makes a balisong style pen that you could play with all day.

Or you could buy a new one for $6500. Your choice.
Do nerves come into play at all with this? I got pulled over last night for ripping though town and I was so nervous that it would definitely have affected my riding if I ran, very easily leading to mistakes that could kill me. Luckily, the cop had to go to another call so he just gave me a...
Just tried the kickstand down on the metal part and it didn't work for me. Sat there for 2 min as soon as a pickup truck came over the sensor behind me, it triggered. This happened at 2 separate lights. I have found that if you park right on top of it, the odds are slightly better but not...
I've done it before on my old Drz. It was more of a pain trying to find a spot to put the coffee so it wouldn't spill all over and it did. Won't be doing it again.
I don't think there would be a problem. Dirt bikes are always stored unsprung like that and there he's never been any concert with that. If anything it may actually be better for the springs. I was going to get one of these but the manufacturer never replied to my emails. Small company from what...
Just saw on their Facebook page that they will be closing due to retirement. Very sad to see this company go. Great people. They said they will be having a retirement sale starting April 30 - the closing day of June 21.
I was cruising along the shore of Lake Erie today and saw this sign for motorcycle training. I couldn't find much info on them on the net. The sighn was out by peacock point (west of Dover) has anybody heard of these company or had experience with them? Do they do track riding at TMP. I might...
Most bikes don't even have hazard lights so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. But they could say that it was equipped from the factory and is not functioning and might give you a hard time.
You could start out by just going -1 front and see if that makes a big enough difference for you. I just did this on my hypermotard this past weekend and it made a big difference. Not sure I want it geared much lower than it is now. If you still think you need the +2 rear after that then do that...
I'm not positive but I think that the 42psi on your tire is the max pressure. I go by what the manual says. my ducati has the pressures at 2.2 bar front and 2.4 rear if it will be used with a passenger.
Installed a new front sprocket -1 tooth from stock on my hypermotard. Cleaned and lubed chain, put together my new pitbull rear stand. Took It out for a ride to try out the new gearing. Huge improvement! Doesn't chug cruising under 4k rpm anymore and has more torque for sure.
