    Simple...if you are on a bike and being tailgated, brake check once to let the perrson know he/she is too close, if the tailgater doesn't back off, you accelarate and leave. I hope the driver got charged because you can see he accelarated and meant to hit the motorcycle. Clearly by his reaction...
