I was told today they will be taxing another 10% per gram. So with HST that's $12.30 a gram? How do they expect this to combat any part of the black market with prices like that? My delivery lady brings me a selection of 5 or 6 strains for $50 a quarter, delivered to my door the same day.

So I started doing some math to figure it out myself, but for some reason my brain is in implosion mode. (36000/2)/365 = 49.3km per day on average over 2 years at ~$1400 premium = $3.84 per day = $0.078 per km ridden, right? I'm happy with that :D As for what to do about it, gotta suck it up...

Yep, kind of like the new 404 extension up to Keswick. People rarely do less than 130, But it seems most people are nicer up here and will move over if you come up behind them. Typical speed there mornings and night is 140+
