There are quite a few petite lady riders around. If you have any problem with tippy-toeing your bike you can always look into having your bike lowered. I suggest going to some dealers and sitting on a few bikes to feel out the seat height.

Try a mesh jacket if you get too hot. Feels like you aren't wearing anything but you still have the padding on some parts and the skin protection. You can also try wearing something like Climacool underneath.

Under armour briefs and a nice gel seat do wonders for the bottom. Corbin makes some really sweet seats.
