I've seen the video .. He just never explained how he got his grips off .. It also looked like he already had after market grips on his original bars and moved them to his sport bars

Looks good !! Can't wait for mine to arrive .. Can anyone drop some advice on grip removal/replacement ? I'd like to keep my original ones in working condition but still planning to replace them I didn't order grips from ninja shop 650.. Would any grips that fit 7/8 work ?

I've been looking into sport bars as well (2012 650) the website that sells them says they will fit but you have to "flip" the banjo bolt to avoid hitting ur instrument cluster. Been researching how difficult of a task it is to do that.. I believe it involves having to bleed ur brakes. Looking...

Congrats .. Did the exact same thing last year.. Picked up a 2012! The seating position is a little different. I found the 250 a little more aggressive than the 650!! But you'll definitely feel the difference in power.. Specially on the highway See u at the Kawi meets!!
