One question if the OP has lost her license as you stated what was the charge? If it was DUI then 2 drinks were enough to put her over the limit. The drugs if any would not effect this. Just because she has memory loss does not mean she was drugged. This could be from the accident.

Once you get your bike repaired don't forget to go get a license and insurance before you ride again!
