Not if your speedo is digital ;). More bike manufacturers seem to be moving toward digital speedos with standard tachs from what I've been seeing lately.

I dunno what kind of bike you're insuring but I'm 25, with 1/4 the riding experience, and pay less than that for my SV650S. I think there's a better rate out there for you, unless you're riding a litre bike.
