I always have a repair kit (plugs) and tire pump under the passenger seat - never had an issue fixing my own tires and they've held up fine.

I pick up my 7 year old son from school, he loves it. He's a great passenger too - one hand on the grab bar, the other on the back of my belt. Don't even know he's there, I have to keep checking! My 12 year daughter on the other hand won't have any of it.

I have a lot of respect for truck drivers, especially downtown. Having people honking and swerving around you has to be stressfull when you're trying to back into a loading dock. But I agree with FiReSTaRT - the crop seems to be lacking skill.

Jamie, you seem to know your stuff, but if someone under the age of 16 (or is it 18?) is in the driver's vehicle and is not wearing a seatbelt (i.e. the baby), is the driver not responsable for the charge?

Either you weren't in the correct gear, or you are really heavy (I'll assume wrong gear). Hitting an onramp at 100km should be no problem, as should cruising at 120km.
