Seamus Kelly (State Farm) definitely is. Both my boyfriend and I just signed up through Janet at his office. I'm paying $900/yr for a 2004 Kawasaki Ninja 250. Every other place I checked (even Riders Plus) quoted me at least $1500.

Jealous! One of the agents I talked to said that Richmond Hill is really bad for insurance, the lowest quote I could get (from State Farm, even with my group discount TD was quoting me almost double) was around $900/yr. I'm not surprised though, my area is full of terrible drivers.
