They obviously turned in front of him, so it was the fault of the driver or the vehicle, not the rider. So seem to think that because the bike ran into the car that it was not the driver of the car at fault.
Agreed, but it could prevent the accident 9 times out of 10 for either #1 or #2. Thus not having one in the end turns what could have been a close call into an accident.
