I was in rome last month..I wouldnt recommend riding there. It's chaotic..people do it there regularly because they are use to it. Coming from toronto, I wouldnt risk it.

There's always that one cruiser parked on Seneca property, but closer towards the Center for Fine Arts.. Never gets ticketed even when parked on top of the NO PARKING painted on the ground. 90% sure its a staff member. I foresee people starting to park along there if space becomes an issue...
