sure why not. i currently have only 1/3 of the story. so far hes said suv in his lane and he couldnt get out of the way. fine. now hes getting charged. obviously not so clear cut so asking for clarification. Were you present and witness to said events>? you can choose to believe or not instead...

cant as they ask if there are any other operators in the house hold that are able to ride the bike. in this case his brother. the only way around it would be if they lived at different addresses.

there are such kits available already. however if there are some for the bandits im not too sure. even with the added flex the brakes will be better then stock. not perfect as if it had been designed for it, but better..

gsxr forks also work great for sv650s.. wish i had the money to do the swap :(
