So , as the title sais, my oil pan is stripped I am pretty sure. The bolt in it can just keep turning. I need to fix this as it is now getting a bit worse. Was leaking about a quarter size every day, but now its a bit more, especially if i ride alot. A friend was saying I can get a special bolt...

I gotta take the heat for that gas mishap haha..it was all my fault. Forgot my wallet with my licence,insurance, paper and plastic at home and thanks to Jamie..was able to make it home with gas to spare. Once again, I appreciate it man I will get you back.

Always loved bikes but more so the SS bikes. I love my gixxer 6 and am glad I went with it as my first road bike. And the fact that I got a good deal on it as well. NOT good on insurance though at my age for a first bike haha

you guys should check out the ride to the forks in the rides section. It may be changed from dvp-401 to main roads to get there..so people like you and myself with an M1 can join as well..

Just curious as to what kind of penalty it is for getting pulled at night with an M1 if anyone knows? or on the highway for that matter.

As much as some of you think you could full out emerge brake in the rain in a spit second, I think you would likely end up on the ground. And thats pretty much what happened. I dont think he wanted to lay it down, but the front wheel slid wide during breaking, thus causing the bike to go down...

It wasnt on lakeshore..that was just a reference to the area it happened. From what I know, she was parked and pulled a U in front of my buddy coming down the street. He then grabbed a handfull of brake , layed it down and slid into the car.

yea..yellow gixxer 750. He just called me from the hospital, I found out that he laid the bike down before the hit to try to avoid going airborn.

A buddy of mine was riding to work this morning and just as he was coming down the street where we work a lady decides to pull and illegal U turn right in front of him. Nothing he could have done to avoid it, he layed the bike down and slid into the car. From what I hear, he is doing ok..hurt...

Hey, a buddy of mine has a 96 gsxr 750 with a yosh slip on, hes also got an old parts bike with a full hindle system that hes swapping with the yosh pipe. Basicly I want to know if I would be able to put the yosh pipe on my 02 gsxr 600 if it would bolt right up or would it not work?

im paying 4400 for my first year on my gixxer..it hurts but the first will be the worst!
