    ****ing bad drivers

Re: f'ing bad drivers the OPs action and this response made my day:lmao: You showed great restraint in not doing much more as some of us would have done but may be afraid to admit it. Her attitude after the fact could have inflamed the most rational of us. Wish you had something to just...

Yamahas Demo Tour on Aug 13 - Hit or Miss? Hosted by Brampton PowerSports

I was there for a bit but then left without riding anything. I was at the suzuki demo day and dispite the big turn out at that, I still got to ride the gsxr 1000. I currently have a 750 and a 1000cc was the only option I was interested in. Since the R1 was not apart of the demo day, it was not...

    Almost Hit - Safety Remider

+1 I often do this too with watching the pedestrian wal signals and pulsing my break to warn people I intend to stop or slow down. Have you ever seen a pedestrian signal flas the dont walk then go to walk? all these little things come with experience and being aware of your soroundings.

Tired of the usual BMW S1000RR?

This thing could have been a unique work of art although not my taste, but knowing the beautiful bike he f***ed up to accomplish this. This is just wrong.

    Almost Hit - Safety Remider

I was almost hit in the same manner going west on Derry at Kennedy. This guy was at least 6 car lengths behind me when the light truned red and I came to a stop. An ambulance was just about to go northbound on Kenedy on his green light with sirens and lights blazing. I look in my rear view...

    Brampton Powersports

Well, I sent to the Yamaha Demo ride today and as expected the turnout was nowhere near the turnout for the Suzuki. For a company who require M license for their super sport bikes, it makes no sense to not have the R1 and and some of the bigger bikes at theire demo day. Most people with an M...

How many close calls have you had

:lmao:They are all out to get you, but with more experience you will be able to predict and avoid them. Alot of good saftey tips are covered in motorcycle hand book, but Try to position yoursefl that other drivers are aware your are there. Leave yourself enough room to stop or avoid other cars...

    Bleeding brakes...

Have you done this before? if the Banjo bolts are not tight enough, air could still get inot the system. Don't go over tightening them and strip them tho. good luck.

    Brampton Powersports

I love the fact that they are 5 minutes away from my house but they never have anything I want in stock. I went for air filter for my bike and they did not have it. rear brake pads, they also did not have. spark plugs they did not have after telling me the stock plugs I have were not the correct...

    bayview crash - careless driving

Hate to repeat what has been said a number of times, but you were probably following too close. You should always give yourself enough distance between you and the vehicle in front of you. Make sure you have the correct lane position (you may have been able to change lanes to avoid at the speed...

In just one hour, 10 out of 12 in the pack busted for street racing.

My final words in this thread because the argument has been beaten to death with no change in anyone stance initially taken. The only reason I would say those riders did the correct thing in stopping is because there was nowhere to go and the chopper was there. You all know what can happen if...

With all of the recent deaths...

R.I.P. My condolences. I just watched the interview and all I can say is WOW! Insurance will probably take a hike soon but all the new riders out there better be prepared for it along with the rest of us. This could be the video the insurance uses to justify the hike.

In just one hour, 10 out of 12 in the pack busted for street racing.

even when the argument makes sense, some people are just too narrow minded to see any other reasons.

In just one hour, 10 out of 12 in the pack busted for street racing.

Finally, someone else gets it. You can chose any changes you want to and quote those stats as reasons why there are less road fatalities. Higher Gas price recession safer vehicles. Now a good question would be has their been a lower number of accidents since the implementation of 172, but then...

I certainly realized that, but well said. :lmao: It’s interesting enough that people who implemented graduated licensing would attribute the reduction in road fatalities with that, but then this is not an argument about graduated licensing. This thread has been very entertaining.
