I've always wanted the KTM Adventure since they had the 990... The 1190 is a wonderful bike.... But for those who aren't tall enough... The Super T or the Beamer GS1200 are the way to go. The GS is the best ADV bike, but for the price and the reliability of a Jap bike.... The Super T competes...

Check out the Super Tenere ES.... Much better bike for ADV touring/riding. The FJ is the poor man's Super T. A positive note about the FJ is that it's got the FZ 09's lovely 3 cyl monster between your legs.
