I agree. As somebody who commutes everyday on their bike I rarely feel threatened about getting rear ended. The opposite of being cut off is always imminent though. You want to leave your self space for the the vehicle ahead of you, but it's a big invitation for a-hole motorists to cut you off...
congratz friend! no rush you have a life time of riding to get better. If you have time and money you can take some courses, track, or street riding like Sharps Total Control and learn proper technique.
Please do not become the one of the many moto vloggers that spend their time complaining about other people. ie) snowcat... don't see how that guy is popular. The only person I watch on a regular basis now is WALTERRIFIC.
Trust me I'm all about constant improvement in riding through courses and track days. But as Hedo stated, excessive riding like this on the streets will get you in trouble.
Do you ride your bike everyday? Some of us commute everyday and the best way to do that is stay within the legal limits!
Let's be honest with ourselves here. Part of the problem is that people riding the streets beyond the legal limits as if it were the track. How about people obey the rules of the road, and keep the hero riding on the track?
