This is what the manual says for my 97 gsxr 750. Although I just spin it on to the tightness I've always used. Hand tight has worked for me and I doubt it is 2 full turns after contact, despite what the manual says,

You have parallel piping, the pipes are close to each other and not insulated so there is heat transfer to the other pipes. This should go away if you run the water for a while, right? The solution is to separate the hot and cold water pipes with insulation or space. Sorry, I misread the post...

This guy is nuts. IMO 7500 is the most that bike is worth. That much due to the low mileage. Higher mileage examples worth much less. Although it is an RC model, it's not an RC30 or RC45 and NOT a limited Homologation bike. It's a good bike but not really special. BTW they don't make them...

Hey, That's a pretty crappy time of the day to ride, 5:30 to 7:30 you spend more time sitting in traffic than riding. I like to be in by 10pm as well but prefer to ride from about 7:30 til 10 as there is less traffic. I live near L&L What do you ride? I have a GSXR 750 right now.

Does it have chest armor? I have broken my entire ribcage twice, and is what I want to try and avoid in the future. I would hope a Dianese 1 piece leather suit costing 1500 bucks is perforated and has armor!

Suomy makes 3 shell sizes for their helmets, most others make 2. This costs much more in development and manufacturing but creates a helmet which is a much better fit. Add on to that there are various inserts to further customize your lid and I believe it is one of the best helmets out there...

Please tell us why an aftermarket exhaust would de value a bike in your eyes? It is lighter by far and flows more, how is that worse than stock?

The valves should not need checking until 20-25000 km's dude! Look in your owners manual, it say's so right there. Take it to the shop and show them while asking them what the hell they are thinking doing the valves on a brand new bike......crazy.. Edit; Well I just read the manual and it does...
