I like the fact there is no traction controll but is there ABS?,
Although traction and wheelie control can be turned off on most models.
I doubt I would ever use it on dry pavement, but if I got caught in the wet it might come in useful.
personally, I'm not sold on all the electronic gadgets...
I don't think BMW has any problem making motorcycles reliable. They ave been over engineering bikes for decades and they make sure they run at about 50% of the failure point. Why would you say they have a reliability problem, I have not heard of any problems with them?
So what on earth do they do in that big factory?
It does appear as though they are just buying the bikes from CPI and re-branding them.
I wonder how much it would cost to simply order one from CPI?
All this does not negate the fact that these bikes look pretty cool and many young people...
maybe not quite a success story quite yet. Admire, absolutely. I don't see anybody else offering a "superior product" for 3000 bucks. This is a great story close to home and I hope he succeeds. I'm sure if the motor was built here, there is no way they could sell that bike for that money. This...
Too bad discoveries like this will never come to fruition as useable drugs.
People need to sidestep the medical community and try these outside the box type therapy's when traditional programs are not working for them.
I've heard numerous times that the cancer cure exists, either by special...
Nice bike! I love the looks of most sport bikes built before 2000,better graphics IMO and they look so much racier. But the performance of post 2000 bikes is appealing too.
Too bad I can't have both without building it or coughing up for a DUC.
It would be unwise to say the least, even for the sake of education to put yourself in that position.
I have had many speed wabbles, usually well above 150 and they have never been "tank slappers". I could always pull the clutch and keep my hands on the bars until the wabble settled. Scarry...
Well, You should go to the sticky thread in the "LEGAL" section of the forum that deals with fighting tickets, then post unanswered questions afterwards
They are ALL types of bikes, did you see all of the catagories for each displacement. "PP" is the production chassis, production motor running regular gasoline. So NO, they are not all race bikes, there is every kind of bike including race bikes!
But anyway, YOU WIN. motorcycles can't go faster...
Yes, any armored textile jacket would be great, I just thought it would be easier to find a leather jacket as opposed to motorcycle specific gear, especially in that small size.
Hey,
I'm looking for a jacket for my boy, he's 7. so size 7-8-9 kids should do. Condition is not too important, as long as the zipper functions and no huge holes on it. let me know what you have. Thanks
Also have a mens black biker type leather jacket, with zip out liner. Brand new sz.34...
Well the bmw s1000rr has a top speed of 299 with a governor, as the zx14 and the busa. OK the BMW is the only litre bike but I don't think it is too hard to get an R1 to go over 300, hell I got my FZ up to 265 and that bike is only a 750.
Most modern litre bikes can easilly pass 300 kp/h. GP...
