did you find that you were having to gear up fairly quickly? especially after a turn? or am I doing something wrong? Im not over-reving or redlining it before shifting up but it seems in order to do that I basically have to go from 1st to 5th in less than 5 to 10 seconds :S

im trying but despite what people say about going at your own pace its not really safe to go at speed limit only to keep within the RPMs? im not over-reving or redlining but to keep pace with traffic theres pretty much slim chance ill be always within the manual :S

sadly only at 125? about 80 of which was put on yesterday? Theres not much gear variation because to even do 40 or 50 which is the min on most roads I (according to the manual) HAVE to be at 6th gear

id agree with the part about other materials/ bike gear/ accessories...with booze however, if youre doing a day trip, it may not be worth it because depending on who you get and if they refer you in... even a voluntary disclosure of alcohol ( I bring it 40 proof stuff) you can get taxed anywhere...
