Whats A Good Place to Service Your Bike?

I'm coming from Vaughan so Ken is too far for me, where is Johnny located? Johnny looks like he would rather do repairs and mods, I feel like I would waste his time just for a simple servicing.

    22 y/o Insuring a 2006 Gixxer

Haha, I bought it like this! I might consider painting all the sliver bits black or dark grey on my bike and make the GSXR sticker black and green. I also have a different exhaust. I like being unique also so I hate you already. :happy6: Here's a better look at it to show you the differences:

Can't do SF cuz I got 1 speeding ticket in February. JRD gave me a quote of $3986 a year (1 payment). Still no call back from Jevco for some reason... I dont mind paying this much because I was thinking of getting a 2013 Ninja 300 instead and insurance was going to be just as high.

Noob questions about servicing and dash

Hey guys, just got a few simple questions. 1. On a 2006 GSXR 600, what does everything on the dash mean? (use picture below for reference) In particular, the red light below the gas light, the white light, the red light beside temperature, and the buttons at the top and bottom of the set of...

Ya I don't plan on doing anything crazy, I won't even bother to trying to do anything stupid. I plan on becoming a cop in the near future so losing my license or getting seriously injured isnt something I would wanna risk. Plus since I live in king city, I'll stick to mostly country roads.

Sounds good! Just gonna spend a few weeks at the beginning of the season to get a feel for the bike. I only rode it once for 10 min (test drive). But ya, soon as I'm comfortable with it, I'm down for some tandem riding! Thanks for the welcoming guys.

Under 25 with a sport bike...what do you pay?

Is my bike considered a supersport? I hope not. ('06 GSXR600) I was quoted $3986 a year (liability only), bought the bike for $6,000. I called john duffy insurance brokers for a quote before I bought the bike, can't remember what company the quote is from though. I'm 22, 1 speeding ticket in...

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask, is a 2006 Suzuki GSX-R 600 technically under or over 600cc? I'm trying to follow this chart: http://i982.photobucket.com/albums/ae301/vifferfun/SportDecisionTreev5.jpg Technically, my Gixxer has 599cc, would insurance companies consider that bike as under 600cc...

Hey guys, I just bought a 2006 Suzuki GSXR 600 (getting delivered this Saturday, Merry Christmas to me!). Do you guys think this bike is suitable for a new rider? I'm 22 with a full G and had my G1 since 16, just got my M2 Nov 9th. I took the safety course with RTI as well.
