I own a Nexx XR1R Carbon but I wonder if the results are typical (I know, each and every one should perform the same); and if it varies between the shells (the black is more matte where as the red/white/black is more shiny). Would need to see more results before one could condemn the Nexx helmet.

Honestly, after having read through this thread, I get why they are less frequent and from both sides of the fence. At any rate, not worth the trouble to deal with either extremes; just make some friends or ride solo.

Some hypocrisy on this rider's part; telling others to be careful but going breakneck speeds on public roads when he shouldn't have been.
