No reason to be nervous about camping alone- I've done it few times myself. Most campgrounds in ontario are safe. I usually camp right next to a family with small kids. Pinery Provincial park is one I went to few times, I like it because it has a beach closeby. Good luck and enjoy :)

On Sunday, I used the above mentioned 5-0 signal to warn a rider of police. It was all thanks to this thread- didn't know that's how you do it! In Europe it's common to use the quick-highbeam flash to warn others of cops, if driving a car. .....I thought it's universal. Do cagers use it here...
