    Because she has like 33k on her, her maintenance record is suspect, I have the time and other things like I've noticed shoddy wiring I want to replace... Also, she needs some TLC, many 'weathered' bolts etc.

    I bought a 1983 Suzuki GS 750Es in good shape, did a quick tune-up and rode her hard all summer. She didn't let me down so she gets the full tear down, rebuild treatment this winter. :cool:

    how long is your commute to work?

    42km one way, mostly backroads until Plug Hat rd. becomes Meadowvale. ;) Claremont to Scarborough (Birchmount and Eglinton). I actually work in the financial district (Bay st) most days of late but the company runs a van through the "valley of death" (Don Valley). ;)
