Re: 新バイクJapan Toys - NSR250SP & CBR250RR ***Tons of Pics ---> Dial Up --> Go Home!
Wow those things are in beautiful shape! And you live in Japan. I officially hate you! I would love to live there. But I would starve! lol
GWS Keith Calderwood is 100% a standup guy. He took 2 hits. Today's paper says at least 1 was a bullet from a police issue weapon. He has done a lot for Peterborough. The Big Brothers & Sisters foundation, Pedal For Hope, you name it. Word is, he will make a fully recovery.
I am up for rides. Waiting for my vacation pay (which is stuck in the middle of the postal strike) to come so I can order the brakes and chain and sprockets for my RC51 so I can ride more. I am only out the odd time as of late due to lack of time.
I just got back into it a year ago when I had my shoulder rebuilt. I have a Traxxas Slash with Lipo's and brushless setup. Nuttin fancy but it goes like hell and is durable. I have no pics though. I also have an old beat up RC 10 GT and RC10 T3. Nice RC's guys! I recommend...
There is a guy who rides in Peterborough, Not going to mention the make of bike. But I have seen him on numerous occasions in full tuck (Elbows actually touching his knees!) Riding through town, in a muscle shirt and jogging shorts. Those really loose nylon ones. I don't think I need to...
A good product is called "Orange Apeel" It's like fast orange but a clear, liquid, orange coloured concentrate with no pumice. I's kind of pricey but works awesome for getting stuff clean. It's used for deskunking pets etc. It takes grease off your hands really well too with a stiff bristle...
Issue found! A slight ground wire issue. Just a slight bit of movement inside the wire harness side plug. Just enough play to make a bad connection. Thanks for the help again guys!

Oh I am never selling this bike! lol I love this bike. I will get the good stuff when I can. I have my eyes on lots of goodies. I can only get 1 thing at a time. It sucks but that is my life. lol
OK I have an update. I checked the RC51 online manual. It says to use a jump wire and connect it with the white/green and gray wire in the connector on the harness. I did this, turned the bike on and turned the signals on. The lights came on ( but did not blink)
Manual says: If the light...
Need one for my '00 RC51. A relay from a CBR 900 or a ST1100 will work ( according to the Service manager at Markham Outdoor Power they are the same part) My turn signals won't work, fuse is good. Stock switch OR the replacement '04 switch I bought (thanks Brett!)
Someone told me to get one...
If you have an extra one that works let me know! If you are in the GTA I will buy it. This is the part number #38301-KK9-952 or any of the years that may be compatible.
I have an '04 turn signal switch that is working. Relay looks to be pooched.
Thanks

Honda service told me that the...
Such a tragic thing. To be taken out by another rider no less. The odds are against us enough as it is without having to worry about other riders being idiots. RIP and my thoughts are with the family and friends.
I have had cops hear the bike. Idled next to cops, foot patrol and bicycle patrol. No one has said anything. It's loud, but not annoying chopper sound. It's more of a "Sexual Thunder" tone... lol
For example, one might have an Arrow Titanium 2 into 1 exhaust on oh let me see, say a 2000 RC51... It might say on the underside of said exhaust "Not for road use" if one was pulled over and said Officer spotted that. What would the fine be? lol
Side Note... Anyone wanna buy an Arrow 2...
Thanks, but I just fixed the problem. I was hooked up with a brake light switch at a good price from another GTAM member (Brettmvh). It now works properly.
I work in construction and it feels like a slow painful death. I work around people that have zero common sense and can't seem to figure out how to sit on a a porta potty the right way. I am up and 4 am everyday for the 1.5 hr commute into work, home by 7:30 at night and in bed at 10...
