I think all bike horns are wussy. I replaced mine with a louder aftermarket one right after I purchased my bike. And I agree with those who say they never use the horn, in Brampton its just a waste because most drivers don't care/ understand anyways.

I have mixed reviews on them. I have had really great experiences with service and parts and absolutely horrible experiences with both. The phone/message return thing is an issue and I agree with you 100 percent. They need someone with an IQ more than room temperature answering their front desk...
