I'd agree, every single ad says never dropped, mint condition. I couldn't care less if it fell, or even low sided at a slow speed as long as he's honest and everything was fixed. I don't know many people (people i know actually ride their bikes) that have never dropped a bike. Sh** happens...

I took a quick look at the site and I would say (the stuff i quickly looked at) price wise it's not much better than what Sturgess can do for you. I guess it would really depend on what you're looking for. I'd certainly call Tyler to compare prices on anything you want.

5000-8000km on the road mostly dry runs but last year got caught in the rain quite a bit for some reason. All these tires are apparently quite good in wet. And 5-8 track days (fingers crossed)
