I'd agree, every single ad says never dropped, mint condition.
I couldn't care less if it fell, or even low sided at a slow speed as long as he's honest and everything was fixed.
I don't know many people (people i know actually ride their bikes) that have never dropped a bike. Sh** happens...
I think you have the R1?
How do you find it in the smaller tracks?
TMP...
I'm thinking if 90% of my track time will be TMP a 600 just makes more sense.
Once again another can of worms.
600cc vs 1000cc for track use. Lol
Yeah I don't want to be squished when in full tuck. Something longer is best.
I find the 848/1098 perfect but looking for something less$ to add to stable.
I have a feeling this might open up a whole can of worms but...
Looking at maybe picking up a used 600cc bike (2006-2010)
I know that they are all similar but just thought I'd throw out the question on how everyone finds the size of their 600s and whether one bikes "rider triangle" is more...
I'm going to bring this back up to top and edit my initial question.
Is there anyone in Niagara that can install and balance a tire on rim from a SINGLE SIDED SWING ARM?
Symantecs.
Edit what I put and insert hyper sport and sport touring.
I don't disagree, I said I loved the angels. But they sure aren't the Corsas.
If I was going in a long tour I wouldn't hesitate putting sport touring tires on any bike I owned. Fully knowing it would handle pretty much...
I'd rather under ride a tire 90% of the time than over ride a tire 10% of the time.
I know for almost all riding a set of high end "road" tires are fantastic. I was amazed at the Pirelli Angels on my monster. But I could get them squirmy, and definitely broke traction before the Corsa3s on the...
I took a quick look at the site and I would say (the stuff i quickly looked at) price wise it's not much better than what Sturgess can do for you.
I guess it would really depend on what you're looking for.
I'd certainly call Tyler to compare prices on anything you want.
5,000-8,000 is how much I ride a season. And yes all these tires should last the season. Not including track. Don't expect a miracle though.
Aren't all tires a miracle these days? Lol
All these tires have great reviews. I probably can't go wrong with any of them. The Conti is probably the...
5000-8000km on the road mostly dry runs but last year got caught in the rain quite a bit for some reason. All these tires are apparently quite good in wet.
And
5-8 track days (fingers crossed)
Haha.
Corsa3s are almost done. (Hoping to finish them off at TMP in May) I was going to wait another month or so but thinking I might as well save $25 in shipping and just order them today.
Ok choosing new tires for the streetfighter. Free shipping from Pete's for another 1.5 hrs.
Bridgestone S20
Michelin PP3
Pirelli Rosso Corsa
Conti Sport Attack2
Lets here it!
I know there is a couple of us down here in Niagara. Looking to order from Pete's(damn good pricing) but need a place that installs here in Niagara. Or if I have to ill drive to Hamilton.
Oh and pricing if you know
Thanks
