Thanks for the advice guys. I will invest in good quality tools when they go on sale. And the tip about leaving the chain guard on would definitely make it more convenient between full cleanings, like when I'm in a hurry or after riding in the rain. :occasion5:
I would've **** in my pants had that happened to me but I stay at least 2 seconds behind vehicles so I generally avoid situations like this. Thanks for sharing.
Congratulations on your decision. Funny, your story is almost exactly like mine. I went on patches for 2 weeks, and I was smoke-free for 2.5 months until 2 weekends ago when I had some drinks with friends who smoked. I had already gotten over most of the withdrawal symptoms by that time. I'm now...
Respect to the guy on a CB500X at a stop, near 401 and Victoria Park. Thanks for fist-bumping a noob on a 250 and nice chatting with you... but I couldn't quite make out the website you mentioned because I had earplugs. Nice bike.
Just me on my first time cleaning and lubricating the chain on my 2013 Honda CBR250RA. Credits go out to numerous YouTube videos before this with tips on how to do it. I used kerosene instead of WD40.

^ I saw this last weekend while waiting for the kerosene to dry on my chain after cleaning it. I'm in between. I loved it because Scarlett was in it, but hated it because I was hoping it would be a little more consistent with modern quantum physics.
Wow, I'm glad you're ok thanks to the gear. It must be hard to panic brake mid turn. This something I will also watch out for while riding. Thanks for sharing this.
In developing countries, the typical motorcycles are 125–150 cc displacement and they ride them for years. A 250 cc is at the higher end of the sport bike range for them. The need for something larger than that is more of a first world problem (and I think I will cross that bridge next year)...
