1200km on a 2011 Ninja 250 is perfectly fine! You can consider that low! Haha! For engine size 125-300cc some would say 14k km+ is a little high? Or even at 10k km+. But if the motorcycle was maintained very well the mileage wouldn't be too much of a factor in the motorcycle performance/lifespan.
