Are you insured under a vehicle already? As a primary or secondary driver? You can then put your motorcycle under same insurance company and get a better rate from that. Assuming the company does motorcycle insurance, if you have to start with new company, then other person needs a M(1/2)...

Insurance is not going to be cheap with the factors you have. M1,17 years old and an old bike. Good luck, if it's too much, consider going under someone who already has car insurance(Dad or Mom) and add motorcycle to it. Always best to get insurance quote on bike you are getting before buying one.

Saw this guy at Erin Mills and QEW turnoff. Protecting only his upper half with real gear. Bottom Half = Loafers and Dress pants. Why do cruiser riders think they don't need full protection?

Why is it all the good weather is happening while your stuck at work for 8 hours? All the sun and enjoyment. Then you get out of work and it's raining, or late and you have no real time to ride.
