well my 250 dont like cold weather and if choke is not on engine will stop and even if i try to give it some gas while on full choke engine will still stop, but only till it engine or carbs warm up. afther that there is no problems

i only care if i have enough gas to ride the whole track day :) but then i bring 2 bikes just in case 1 runs out of gas

i never had that problem, mybe becuse i kept my bike in my room, sence it fit perfectly in the elevator. a 5 cent shoping bag with a ruber band on it and there is no smell, just make shure the exaust is not hot enough to melt the bag. cause cleaning it afther is a pain.

trust me get a 250, or 500 or u have a lil more money. but 250 is perfect for the street and hwy even 2up. i have had mine for 7 years now and i dont want anything else for the street. its also crazy fun for track days. its not very fast for the track but its perfect for the street
