Correct, they can seize it then and there but they can take their time to write a warrant. Also, if they seize your camera, you wont get it back until after the court case is complete. Because the camera becomes an exhibit to support the data they would use as evidence.

I suppose, I would use my starter bike to learn simpler things, maybe changing the light, installing different attachments, later, I would experiment with the bigger jobs, such as exhaust, and basically go from there. I like that idea though, start with the basics, and go from there.
