You might want to try washing it out with CLR and water first, If the rust isn't too bad it might be easier than you think. Rinse out the water with acetone. CTC should have acetone.

They say that you should be careful about where you point the spray. Avoiding the electrics is a no brainer but things like the wheel bearings is something you might not think about. If they aren't sealed bearings then you can blast the grease out of them.

Yes and you don't just wear a dust mask when you are working with isocyanates, you have to wear a respirator. Isocyanates react with moisture including the moisture in your eyes and lungs, so you really need a respirator with chemical cartridges on.
