I don't directly get "paid to ride". But I get paid travel and fuel expense to travel to and from job sites. And once in a while I use my bike, so I guess sometimes I get paid to ride?

+1 for RPHA10. Don't be fooled by the stigma associated with HJC's budget line. The RPHA10 is light, fits amazing for my head at least, and is Snell rated. I wear mine on the track with no reservations.
