Ive seen two bikes now with quarter sized dents in the frame be wrote off from insurance companies now. One of them got bought back from the insurance company, was a great track bike for many years afterwards.

You can send your shoei helmet to the company for X-ray. They will send you it back with a letter stating whether it's safe or not. I did it with mine after a crash, and still wore it afterwards. Again as others have said helmets have come down in price a lot.

Sure there are some good sites to find lots of info on facebook .. and ensure the person provides you with tech support as youll need it for the first while, and for future updates etc.

Yep same ones that we are all using. my neighbor sells them if you come out my way to grab those fasteners.
