I'm ok, thanks! Still learning my limits. :D Cracked the left side engine cover but already have one on the way from ebay. Thing that's being a pain is the headlight bracket...I tried to straighten it last night and that just bent it all out of shape and then the headlight wouldn't fit back...

Even if you wreck the thread you can use a thread insert to make it as good as new, so don't worry too much.

The concept is there and it doesn't look bad to me for being a custom job done by the owner. Guess I'm the only one who likes it... lol Even has the dual windows!! Awesome lol

That's the one. lol I was just like....****kkk. It was too late, was fine for the first part of the turn then it tightened up and as soon as I hit the shoulder I went down, luckily I wasn't going too fast by the time I hit and was able to ride away from it. I've been back there since... had...

1. Snake Rd - Going into a corner too fast, went wide, hit gravel, bike went down slowly into a guardrail. Both of us were OK, rode away. 2. Ridge Rd - Going around a corner, hit gravel, bike lowsided, slid a good 30 feet into a guy wire, but had my leathers on and was fine, bike was OK too...

Did you feel the temperature difference down by the lake today? It was at least 7-10 degrees cooler than anywhere else... you could feel it instantly change when you hit the cool air pocket.

130, Gatekeeper nailed it. One size bigger than stock, still able to fit on the rim and clear everything else. His s/n is retrogrouch... he's a grouch. What do you expect other than negativity? :D Here's another gratuitous shot... minus fairings, since I scratched them up good last weekend...

Thanks bud, glad it was a left hander and not a right hander, don't want to be going into oncoming traffic! I'll be out today for sure today, if nothing going on down here I'll make it up to Mud & 20 for noon - I'll be on the oldschool black FZ with my blue & white leathers on.

I've painted with dupli-colour in sub-zero temps, just used a heat-gun while I went to flash the paint a little quicker, then brought it inside to cure, never had it go hazy like this unless I sprayed too much or went too heavy with coats and didn't wait for it to flash dry enough in between...

Probably going to head out tomorrow afternoon, anyone else care to join and have a fun group ride?

Have any better pics of the bike? I'll keep an eye out for it...
