Its the equivalent of sitting in your garage way going vroom vroom while there is snow on the ground...you do it for fun...to pretend you could be Ricky Roadracer :)
tucking in town or at 80 actually feel like you have less control of the bike, then sitting up. Its just for jokes. I tuck when...
Is there a law stating no tucking at 80km/h? my friends throttle cable snapped my other friend and me followed the guy at idle about 14km in full tuck. **** was streamlined baby! Streamlined! lots of revving and pretending lol
Motorcycles are suppose to be fun, why make a lot of extra rules...
Not to condone 97 over...but 80 to 170...you could be up to that and back down to 80 in like 10 seconds. Nice little straight stretch...and outside of the city its only 80 zones.
That said, if you want to play you have to pay...I personally am trying to save up for a track bike, to avoid such...
your a part of the traffic mate, wait like the rest of them. If you can weave yourself out, try...lane splitting is an option if you think you can dodge cars that might decide to switch lanes even if there is no room. I personally am not that comfortable yet on a bike to do that. Maybe next year.
drive around with cardboard...who cares lol
I'll wear a helmet because its cool, and I have smashed my head on the ice without one, and have with one on my snow mobile. With the helmet hurt considerably less (no pain at all).
I prefer to park my bike with other bikes...more visible. Not to mention its just cooler to see more bikes lined up. Outside my office if one bike is there, by 10am there is 7 bikes. I've never even seen the riders, just know my bike will always have company.
Thats the perspective of someone who is tackling a bigger beast lol
Any of my friends who have ridden my cbr600rr usually get off and say **** this, your gunna die. More then enough power for city and highway.
Not saying I wouldn't like to try a 1000cc bike to see what I'm missing.
Ya it really comes down to the one you like most. They are both fast, and both sexy bikes. I bought my CBR because I saw it and loved it. It just looked sick...
