There's a patch on the westbound 401 as you approach Scarborough that's all cracked and potholed for a distance on all lanes. It's pretty bad. And unlike Steeles ave which is a municipality "not my street problem" due to being the border, the 401 is province. DVP and Gardiner are City of Toronto.
