Disclaimer, I may have to do more research as I may be a little drunk, but.... Met up with an old buddy who is a parking enforcement officer. He was telling me that they get a yearly list of who wrote how many tickets. He himself wrote out just over $1m while the top guy wrote $3.2m. If true...

Cop I knew back in the day use to set speed trap on Huntingwood, north Scarborough. Speed limit 50. His partner would set up just down the street. If someone caught a second time, second cop would hand the ticket with a 'didn't learn the first time did ya?' And a warning that maybe more cops...

I found out by accident that I can save $35 - $50 a month by going to Food Basic. Metro use to be my go to, 3 minutes away, but when they went on strike, the next closest was FB. Been going there ever since. Haven't been to a Roblaws or any of their other stores for maybe 20 years.

Back in the 70's when working for a large retail, instead of a raise, we went from a 40 hour week to a 37.5 hour week. So 7.5 hour day instead of 8. Really made no difference, the company still went under.

Bought it, got it, love it. Brand new from a local dealer. Not disappointed, does all I need it to do. Almost 1300 km on it. CAN WE LET THIS THREAD DIE NOW??

Opps, ya. Should have said decent employable education. Last job I had before retire was CNC programmer/operator at a high end tool & die shop. 36 week schooling at collage to start the job. Best money I ever made.
