Most shops could do it, I'd recommend Ace Moto Tech here in Milton though, from personal experience. Might be a few members with their own welders, but your fastest bet would be a shop.

I use motul 5100 on my 09 zx6r And my temps average between 75-95 on a hot day. if its a noticeable difference in heat the first thing I would do is switch back/to a different oil and see if that rectifies it, although it's still within tolerances, I would not just let it ride (forgive the pun)....
